Fishing in Racine continues to be top rate, the northeast winds have the majority of the fish stacked on the third hill, with the north seeming to produce better numbers than the south. Some fish still remain in the shallow structure areas, but are very temperamental with the warm water. First thing in the morning is the best time to target these fish. If you are looking for consistent fishing throughout the day, the 3rd hill out to 140 fow is definitely the place to go.

The morning action was unstoppable with wire divers taking the majority of the hits, green/glow prochip with hypnotist on one out 151 and white/blue bubble with Last Supper out 131 on the other side went all day, but exceptionally well in the AM. White/Glow Prochip with Hypnotist on full core, Cracked Ice Proking on rigger and chartreuse glow prochip with Rapture Sour Apple were best rigs.

The afternoon action was not lok n load like the AM, but very consistent eventually adding up to an identical catch as the morning, numbers wise, weight was less in PM than AM. The hot evening rig was the 10" white coyote with a Rapture Oceana fly down 55 on the rigger. Other standouts were white/blue bubble prochip with Last Supper on wire diver, cracked ice proking on rigger and white/Mtn Dew prochip with Rapture wild Fern on the lead.
