Fished Sunday evening and this morning from the reef south with fair success. Fish seemed to be scattered with no consistent pattern. We fished from 20 – 120 FOW over the course of the two days with the best action inside of 60 FOW. We marked good schools of bait the entire way. Surface temp’s inside are 49 degrees and drop to 44 once you get offshore. Coho’s have made up the bulk of the catch with a few kings, browns, and lake trout mixed in. The best rigs have been Red or Chartruese 00 dodgers and Red BB’s with aqua Howies in the peanuts or shorties, the Undertow, Riptide or Lil’ Hypnotist by Rapture Trolling Flies, and Stinger spoons in the blue dolphin or black widow patterns.
