Hi Folks,
Fished out of Pastrick,up the Inland wall to the second light.
Action was VERY good on both days with full limits of Cohos
Browns and Kings. On dodgers and flies spoons and body baits. Off of planner boards dipsy and riggers.
Dodgers: Stinger Sidekicks org/red tape,clown.
Flies:Rapture Coho Flies riptide,undertow,poseidon,
lil'hypnotist,fission,fission/grn,alewife.
Spoons:Stinger NBK,mix veggies,dlb org crush/gld blank (HOT for the kings),hardcord orr,lemon ice,blue/grn bubbles. Body baits:Pro Troll stingfish#10 red/blk,
J-11 fire tiger.Planner Boards:Church 5/8oz.keel sinker
4'leader 20'back. Dipsy:#2#3setting 6'leader 15'-22'on the counters. Riggers:Dodger/flies 8'back 5'-8'down, spoons 60'back 12'down, BB's 10'back 5'down.
One of the key parts of my spring presentation so far has been my dodger /flies set up. I have been using sidekicks dodgers which are a little bigger then a standard OO dodger and the bigger 2" trolling flies!
I would like to THANK my special guest Dan Keith,Bob Gurskis from Mid West Outdoors and Russell Gahagan of Pro Troll,I enjoyed my time fishing with you!!
With the nice weather this coming weekend I am sure the IN DNR will be out checking. So PLEASE make sure you have all your SAFETY EQUIPMENT!!
I would like to take a moment and say a pray for all the students and staff that were killed this week at VT.
